The DeCODEing Series offers a broad range of distinct and highly focused four-day certification program experience offering deep, personal insights into your own potential; and creating both the willingness and an ability to invite these discoveries in others. As a Certified CODE Model Guide™, you can work with individuals and/or small groups to:

  • accelerate change
  • invite a generative capability in others for their own evolution
  • create the sense of safety that is required for insight and discovery

Using the powerful WEL-Systems tool, The CODE Model™, you'll quickly develop competence and confidence in delving into the unknown with a sense of curiosity and adventure. Integrating the best from the science of allopathic medicine and that of autopoiesis - the science of self-generating systems - The CODE Model offers you an effective and provocative framework of discovery for integrating what we have for so long held, at best, as separate and at worst, unattainable.

The CODE Model will help you notice and recognize what has always been there and for many, has been just out of reach. Whether your existing specialty is working with the body or working with the mind, as a Certified CODE Model Guide™ you will learn the amazing link between the two. Grounded in the powerful WEL-Systems context for change, you'll discover how to integrate your existing understanding of the body with its amazing correlations to emotions/thought. From your ability to work with language and the structure of thought, you'll begin to recognize the body as an expression of these thoughts and feelings that we carry as human beings.

Gone is the need for you to be limited to one approach when you can engage a framework that allows you to recognize the connection between the two. You can become the conduit for personal discovery at a depth that allows for the ever-elusive 'paradigm shift' and the transformation that it invites!

In each of these this four-day certification programs, you'll experience and discover:

  • The CODE Model as a framework that connects the structure of thought to the physical expression of the body, with each being a clue to the other

Come prepared to engage! In addition to fully exploring the ground-breaking frameworks and models mentioned above, there is ample time for you to work with your real life, real time issues and challenges. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to apply your new CODE Model Guide skills in a context that has meaning for you.

If your strength is working with the body, you'll find out how to ensure that what you say is in alignment with and supports your investment in body release.

DeCODEing Dates and RegistrationPre-requisite: You must already be certified in and carry a professional designation in your field of practice.  Each experience is focused on a unique professional area / topic.

Successful participants receive certification as a CODE Model Guide™ as granted by the WEL-Systems Institute.

Our search for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing is a continuing journey. Each of us must discover within ourselves the wellspring of creativity to continually seek that which nurtures and sustains who we are and beyond who we can become. As a CODE Model Guide™ you will re-enter your world with a renewed and sustainable sense of your own wellbeing, as well as a proven method for evoking this creativity and applying it easily and with finesse to a wide variety of daily challenges.

For those already certified as Facilitators and/or Trainers for Organizational Development/Change; for supervisors and managers who work with small groups; for Mediators who engage with individuals or small groups in organizational contexts. Approaching work as a metaphor for how we live, Nested Living Systems(TM) offers a practical way for us to engage with each other in ways that free us from the consequences of a 'traditional' approach to organizational and behavioural change, growth and evolution.
